Midday Blush

A sweet and fine aperitif-style cocktail, made with our Sweet Rosé or “Blush” from Viña Maipo Classic Series, perfect to enjoy at noon when cooking or receiving guests.
    INGREDIENTS
    • 220 ml wine Viña Maipo Classic Series Blush
    • 1 large scoop of strawberry or berries sorbet
    • 30 ml lemon juice
    • 30 ml tangerine or clementine juice
    • Branch of peppermint

PREPARATION: steps 1

In a large beer glass, add the lemon, the tangerine and the previously cold Viña Maipo Blush wine.

Mix well and add the sorbet.

Crush the peppermint a little and include it to the glass.
