This sophisticated and structured cocktail, made with Cabernet Sauvignon, will be the perfect starting point for your evening plans.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 ml Classic Series Cabernet Sauvignon wine
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 red apple
- 1–2 tbsp brown sugar
- 20 ml brandy, cognac, or whiskey
PREPARATION
- To prepare the infused wine, pour 200 ml of Cabernet Sauvignon into a small pot.
Add the black pepper, star anise, cinnamon stick, brown sugar, and diced red apple. Stir well. - Cook over low heat until the mixture reaches a boil.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
