INGREDIENTS
- Blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries
- Lemon
- Cachaça (Brazil’s popular distilled spirit)
- Cabernet Sauvignon
- Lemon juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice
- Simple syrup (gomme syrup)
- Lemon and orange slices for garnish
- Ice
PREPARATION
- In a large pitcher, mash the berries and lemon slices until well crushed.
- Add cachaça, Viña Maipo Cabernet Sauvignon, lemon juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, syrup, and some ice. Stir until the mixture is well chilled.
- To serve, pour into glasses and garnish with lemon and orange slices.
