Brunch Brilliance

This delightful mimosa, made with our Classic Series Sweet Moscato, is the perfect weekend treat to enjoy after breakfast.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 220 ml Sweet Series Moscato wine
  • 3 large strawberries
  • 30 ml passion fruit pulp
  • 30 ml triple sec
  • Orange peel
  • 20 g brown sugar (optional)
  • Crushed ice

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a goblet, add the passion fruit pulp, diced strawberries, and brown sugar. Use a muddler to crush and mix everything well.
  2. Pour in the triple sec, Sweet Moscato wine, and add the orange peel and crushed ice.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
    Serve and enjoy this refreshing and elegant cocktail!
