Friday cocktail? Prepare a frosé with Viña Maipo to wrap up the week.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle of Classic Series Rosé wine
- ½ cup (100 g) of sugar
- 230 g of strawberries
- ½ cup (120 ml) of lemon juice
PREPARATION
- Pour the bottle into a freezer-safe container and freeze it for 6 hours (it won’t solidify due to the alcohol).
- Cook the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Strain and let it cool.
- Blend the frozen Rosé and the syrup in a blender until you get a smooth texture.
- Serve in chilled glasses and garnish with a strawberry or lemon.
