Frosé

Friday cocktail? Prepare a frosé with Viña Maipo to wrap up the week.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of Classic Series Rosé wine
  • ½ cup (100 g) of sugar
  • 230 g of strawberries
  • ½ cup (120 ml) of lemon juice

 

PREPARATION

  1. Pour the bottle into a freezer-safe container and freeze it for 6 hours (it won’t solidify due to the alcohol).
  2. Cook the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Strain and let it cool.
  3. Blend the frozen Rosé and the syrup in a blender until you get a smooth texture.
  4. Serve in chilled glasses and garnish with a strawberry or lemon.
