A Sweet and Refined Aperitif Cocktail
Crafted with our Viña Maipo Sweet Rosé, this elegant cocktail is perfect for midday enjoyment as you prepare to welcome your weekend guests.
INGREDIENTS
- 220 ml Sweet Series Rosé wine
- 1 large scoop of strawberry or berry sorbet
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml tangerine or clementine juice
- A sprig of mint
PREPARATION
- In a large beer glass, combine the lemon juice, tangerine juice, and chilled Sweet Rosé wine. Mix well.
- Add the sorbet and stir gently.
- Lightly crush the mint sprig to release its aroma and add it to the glass.
