INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups of cooked chickpeas
  • Olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tahini or sesame butter
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 roasted eggplant
  • 1 cooked beet
  • 1 avocado
  • Pita bread

PREPARATION: steps 1

Make a hummus base with cooked chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, tahini and cumin; all mixed together with the food processer.
